When Prince, the singer, changed his name to a Symbol, it was formally called Love Symbol #2. Now Love Symbol #2 is a color developed by Pantone in collaboration with the estate of Prince. As you may expect it is purple color. Pantone is an American company that has become the leader in color matching. In the old days, anywhere where colors were used, you could see Pantone books and samples that workers would carry around to make sure they were producing just the right color for the customer. Now you can paint your walls just the right amount of purple to be serenaded by Prince ballads!!!
