Client Spotlight: Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza Protects Her Valuable Brand

Sep 12, 2018

Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza is an iconic figure in Arizona and nationally. She is a celebrated chef, a community and art activist who had transformed a rundown street into a destination for food and culture.

She is nuestra patrona, our boss since we had the privilege to assist her with her trademark needs.

Her food is Comida Chingona (TM).

Yes, It is that good.

Her flagship restaurant Barrio Café was created in a vacant space that nobody paid attention to, where she called local muralists to decorate the surrounding walls and serve food that has been celebrated with awards and recognition.

She combines her knowledge of real Mexican food, that she has learned traveling into Mexican villages, with some American influences creating something very personal.

See a video where she prepares Chiles in Nogada (with almonds instead of the traditional walnuts) for Food Network’s Guy Fiery.

Follow her in Instagram @chefsilvana and @barriocafe

This is her restaurant website, and yes! visit her restaurants.

We are proud to serve with our legal services her restaurants and enterprises.
